We got this …
Division 2 …. well not the result they wanted but the Oki boys are tough to beat home or away. Division 2 to their credit keep battling week in week out and now head to Stratford for a must win Quarter Final play off so we wish them well.
Division 1 had a good start but couldn’t stay with Coastal who have shown the way in Division 1 for most of the season. This week though the boys will have the chooks on their minds and will throw the kitchen at it.
Premiers had it sewn up at Half time against top of the table Coastal leading 17 – 7 at the break. Infringements cost the Prems late in the game with Rick McKenna from Coastal slotting 5 penalties from distance to grab the win. Was a shame as the boys did dig deep for Matty’s 150th on home soil but it wasn’t to be.
Colts are on fire and are still unbeaten in the regular season with one week to go. The talent in this team is outstanding and these boys are well positioned to go all the way to taking the championship but first want the ‘w’ against the chooks.
Dan O’Brein fever
ts all on the line this week with the doggies needing three wins to earn the right to hang the silverware in the clubrooms over the summer. Make sure you’re at Sanders Park cheering the boys on to get them home.
