A mixture of speed, power and strength with gym sessions at Redemption Strength and Conditioning and field sessions at Sacred Heart.
Open and free to all club players. See Josh about joining Redemption for full gym access.
Meet at Redemption Gym, 477A Devon Street East.
6:30-7:30pm.

Our 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at Spotswood United Clubrooms, Tukapa street. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
